Quilted stainless steel refers to a specific pattern applied on stainless steel sheets. It features a raised, repeating pattern that resembles quilted fabric. It can have any of our Base finishes texture, with any PVD color, depending on the desired aesthetic and applicatio.
Quilted designs consist of straight lines crossing whole sheet in any direction and are produced by pressing each line, one at a time, creating convex geometrical shapes. Production of Quilted sheets does not require a mold, therefore any Custom design can be made without developing cost and a downtime of mold production.
Diamond Quilted pattern is the most popular design, which consists of repeating Square convex shapes.
The size of each Square is usually between 50mm. x 50mm. and 300mm. x 300mm.
Custom Quilted patterns include Rhombus, Triangles, Kaleidoscope, Bricks designs in custom sizes and any Art design on request.
