We developed 3 types of NAS™ coating, each one with unique advantages: Interior / Exterior / Heat Resistant.
Interior NAS™ coating has built in Antibacterial properties which will never wear off. Certified in Lichtenstein.
Exterior NAS™ has UV resistant additives to protect the finish and color for many years in Exterior application.
High Temperature Resistant NAS(HTR) is for bakery equipment, stoves, etc., it withstands 300° C.
NAS™ coated stainless steel sheets reduce maintenance costs, protect from bacteria and always stay clean.
Maintenance Free, Green product
Fingerprints are not visible on NAS™ coated finishes, so there is no need to constantly clean the installations. Stains are easily wiped away with just a soft fabric, no liquid chemical required.
NAS™ coating itself is an inert, hard film, free from contaminating substances according to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC
Wide choice of finishes and colors
NAS™ coating can be applied on any finish:
Satin / Hairline / Bead Blast / Vibration, etc., including
Etched finishes, Eco-Etched and Ti(PVD) coated.
Formability
NAS™ coated sheets can be easily fabricated: cut, laser cut and bent without chipping off on the edge.
Antibacterial technology
This technology is incorporated in our NAS™ coating during production process, and it provides continuous, built-in, antibacterial protection for the lifetime of the product. We have tested our NAS™ coated sheets for Antibacterial activity at laboratory in Lichtenstein. Also, we have made SGS test for the absence of contaminants.
