Embossed finishes are produced by pattern rolling under immense pressure to imprint the designs onto the surface. This is the only process which increases the surface hardness, making these finishes scratch resistant. Such durability is important for Interior installations which are subjected to mechanical damages: Doors, Elevator cabins, Reception tables, etc.
We can offer an ample choice of standard Embossed patterns, with any of our PVD colors.
We can do Satin finish on Embossed Mirror finish patterns, to highlight the raised part and achieve a combination of Mirror and Satin finish. We can also make Satin finish on PVD colored Embossed patterns, to get a 2 color combination finish.
Ti(PVD) coating provides a wide choice of colors on Embossed patterns and also, it further increases the durability of the finish, with it’s film Hardness of 1800 HV.
